Who we are

We're the Kirwan family, with our hearts divided between Italy and New Zealand. We live between these two worlds, and with JK14, we combine the best of both: the passion and excellence of Italian tradition with the purity and energy of New Zealand nature.

We're an active, sporty family, connected to nature and simplicity. We believe in the small, everyday gestures that make a difference. In New Zealand, every day begins like this: exercise, nature, family… and a teaspoon of Mānuka honey.

Today, JK14 Mānuka honey is born: a natural treasure, pure and powerful, capturing the wild essence of our second home. A daily gesture of well-being, shared with love from New Zealand to Italy, from our family to yours.

Our Mānuka honey originates in a pristine environment, where bees collect nectar from a unique plant. It's part of our daily routine: we use it for breakfast, to maintain our health and well-being, before a workout, or simply to feel better.

JK14 is a family project, born from the heart, with the desire to share a lifestyle based on quality, balance and the strength of nature.

OUR FAMILY

Papa John
Former rugby player and coach, Today, he's dedicated to promoting mental well-being and a healthy lifestyle. He loves playing the guitar, cooking, reading, surfing, and his ice bath...and adding Mānuka honey to his smoothie every morning.

Mother Fiorella
The pillar of the family, a former volleyball player and a true Italian mother. She has always cared for everyone with love and dedication, and she taught us the importance of good food and daily care. Her favorite activity is walking with her grandson Carlo. Mom’s favorite way to enjoy Mānuka honey is to add it to her herbal tea every night.

Francesca
Former volleyball player, manager of JK14 in New Zealand, and new mother. She loves staying active, spending time with her baby, and dedicating herself to work with lots of ideas for the future. Her breakfast every morning consists of Greek yogurt, kiwi, seasonal fruit, chia seeds, and Mānuka honey.

Niko
Professional soccer player in Italy. His days are characterized by extensive training, a healthy diet, and a constant focus on physical and mental recovery to always be at his best, always accompanied by his dog Rio. Niko loves eating whole-wheat bread with Manuka honey.

Luca
Luna Rossa's Cyclor and former rower, he's a key figure in JK14 in New Zealand. He's the youngest of the family, but he has more ideas than any of us! Sporty and curious by nature, one of his favorite hobbies is making homemade pizza... delicious! Luca eats Mānuka honey straight from the spoon, especially when he needs extra energy before and during his bike rides.
