How to Consume Mānuka Honey

- In drinks : Add to tea, coffee or hot water.
- As a sweetener : Perfect on cereal, yogurt, or in smoothies.
- For skin : Apply pure to skin to soothe irritation.
- For the throat : Dissolve it on the tongue to relieve sore throat and cough.

Conservation
Store honey in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.
Is Manuka Honey Safe?
Mānuka honey is safe for most people, but is not recommended for:
- People with diabetes : Due to its natural sugar content.
- People allergic to bees : May cause allergic reactions.
- Infants under 12 months : Risk of infant botulism.
