Our supplier friends' hives are located in remote, pristine locations in beautiful Taranaki on the North Island, where the bees can work in peace, away from prying eyes, without the use of pesticides or modern farming methods.

Carried out by expert beekeepers, the honey is harvested carefully and sustainably. We only collect what we need, in small quantities. Traditional hand-pressing and rigorous controls ensure the absence of contaminants, preserving the exquisite flavor profiles and natural benefits.
